These conditions shall apply to all transactions between Inhouse and any person, firm or company (“the Purchaser”) placing an order with Inhouse for the manufacture and/or supply of any goods (“the Goods”). Inhouse, by accepting any order for Goods from the Purchaser, agrees to sell and the Purchaser agrees to purchase such Goods at the price stated on the Inhouse website and on the sole basis of the terms and conditions of Inhouse stated herein.

Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases and the services we provide. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval, please return them to us within 7 days unused and in their original packaging and we will happily refund or exchange.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order up to 48 hours before the requested delivery date. However, if we receive notice of your cancellation later than 48 before the delivery date, you may be too late to halt the delivery. To cancel your order if the goods have already been delivered, you must notify our customer services team in writing by post to the contact address, or by email to gifts@inhouseuk.com. If you cancel the contract you must send the unopened goods back to our contact address and we will refund your account immediately.

Please note that the Purchaser is also welcome to contact Inhouse on any issue relating to their order on the contact telephone, fax or email listed above. Inhouse operating hours are from 09:00am GMT to 17:00pm GMT , Monday to Friday.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Inhouse reserves the right to substitute any items included in hampers of similar or greater value, if for any reason those listed on the web site are unavailable.

ALCOHOL

No persons under 18 years of age may place an order or receive Goods from Inhouse if the Goods contain alcohol.

FORCE MAJEURE

Inhouse will exercise every reasonable effort to meet the requested despatch date. Inhouse shall not, however, be liable for any loss or damage due to delays or failure to ship resulting from any cause beyond its reasonable control, such as, but not limited to, compliance with laws or regulations, acts of God, acts or omissions of the Purchaser, acts of civil or military authority, judicial action, defaults of sub-contractors or suppliers, labour disputes, failure or delays in transportation, embargoes, wars or riots.

PRIVACY POLICY

Inhouse collects the information provided by the Purchaser at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Information is collected by Inhouse to process the Purchaser's order and also to provide the highest level of customer service possible. Inhouse will not email marketing material to the Purchaser unless prior consent has been obtained. If the Purchaser does not with to receive any promotional material they can uncheck the 'Promotions' box in their personal details.
